Are all prices in Kenya Shillings? +

Yes - always. We price exclusively in KES with no forex surcharges. What we quote is what you pay.

Can I mix and match services? +

Absolutely. Many clients start with a base plan and add specific project work (cloud migration, ERP, web dev) as needed. We build the package that fits your budget and goals.

What's included in "24/7 monitoring"? +

Automated uptime, performance and security monitoring on all managed servers and networks. Critical alerts wake up our on-call engineer - you don't have to.

Is there a minimum contract length? +

Monthly plans require a minimum of 3 months. After that, cancel with 30 days written notice. No lock-in penalties.

Do you serve businesses outside Nairobi? +

Yes. Remote support covers all of Kenya and East Africa. On-site support is available in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu. Other regions by arrangement.

What payment methods do you accept? +

M-Pesa, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. Monthly invoices issued on the 1st of each month.
